LW Series Pulley Type Wire Drawing Machine
Product Overview
The LW Series Pulley Type Wire Drawing Machine is an ideal equipment designed for drawing high-, medium-, and low-carbon steel wire, as well as copper, aluminum, and alloy wire. This machine is widely applied in nail, screw, and rivet manufacturing factories.
Machine Structure
The equipment consists of a main reduction box, die casing, wheel frame, wire brace, and electrical control system. The spinning drawing blocks are driven by JZT or Y series motors, with gear coupling running changeful gears to reduce speed. The drawing blocks are vertically fixed in a sealed box body with gear pairs lubricated with oil. To lower residual heat on the surface of the block, a cooling device is installed in the inter-wall of the block. The machine operates with crawl or linkage, and a safety halt gear is installed at the operation block position.
